To keep a healthy body is necessary to make five meals per day of which breakfast is the most important because it must give to your body the energy it needs. Exercise at least three times a week, drink plenty of fluids to flush the toxins, make you control tests to check that everything is working well, you should avoid eating foods that are high in salt or spicy as this will cause damage in the kidneys, fats, fried foods, sodas, drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, because not only damaging the health also the appearance.
ResponderEliminarif you want to taking the stress out make a sport or recreational activity to distract yourself and let the body rest (dancing, painting, going out with friends), taking vitamins at least once a week, try to go out of the routine, listen to music especially natural sounds to relax, take showers at night and drink “Tilo” tea.

To keep a healthy lifestyle is necessary to have a balanced diet and get plenty of exercise. Also sleep helps a lot to keep our body healthy and energized. You need to take at least 8 glasses of water for day to stay hydrated. We must avoid foods high in fat or sugar as we can because they can damage our heart. We should also avoid drugs and alcohol. I think both kind of medications are good; however, I prefer natural medicine because it doesn’t cause permanent harm to the body. Similarly, the conventional is often faster to fulfill its function. If you want to taking the stresses out you have to take everything in stride, organize properly the time, not studying a lot still wear down the body. Also sleep at least 8 hours a day and rest whenever you can. And don’t forget to take time for yourself, listen to music, watching TV or reading a book.

We should avoid consuming substances that harm us as drugs, alcohol, including but not only that is also very necessary to avoid eating junk food. In my case any medically equals one of no preference as everyone can help solve disease and also have side effects. ResponderEliminarTo keep oneself healthy, it's neccessary to take into account easy and basic actions like having an adecuate and equilibrated nutrition with plenty of fruits and vegetables, drinking 8 water glasses a day and one of the most relevant is working out, doing exercises. You can try practicing a determinate sport, going to the gym, do bike riding or simply go jogging or running often. It is also a time you can share with friends and have fun with them, which is important to get healthier not only physically but mental and emotionally speaking.
ResponderEliminarNow, what do we have to eliminate? Sedentary plus eating greasy and full of calories foods, contribute to a deteriorated state of health and this could end in the result of obesity. But besides that, there could come a series of unexpected diseases. Habits such as drinking alcohol, smoking, and drugs ingest damage human body, internally and externally.
About medicines, I think that both conventional and alternative, have benefits and disadvantages: for example, conventional medicine has more people access and they're not really expensive, however, total effectivity is not assured. On the other hand we have natural remedies, they're harder to be found, because generally they are produced by specific people or specific areas like herbal medicine, it's advantage lies on a safety and ecological way to improve our lives. So it depends on your situation to choose either conventional or natural.
You may complement these activities with relaxing like massages, spa therapies, yoga, swimming, special body lotions, volcanic mud, among others. Stress out, take a walk through the park, go to the movies, get out of the routine, discover nature, visit an amusement park... You decide the way to free yourself.

1. the truth is that im not exactly a healthy person….but I keep healthy drinking a lot of water, and Wednesdays I go to belly dance classes. I try to have a healthy life being a REALLY relaxed person….and for me a healthy life its being happy and if im not happy I try to avoid the sadness, also when I feel bad I try to dance and that make me feel really good..or listen good music!(;
ResponderEliminarI avoid eating in places like Mcdonalds…..first because I don’t like this food taste like false food! And this food isn’t good for my body….so when im hungry at a place like a heredia I go to the lebanese food that its delicious and its more healthy!
2. I prefer alternative medicine…because I don’t trust in the pills and all of that things! Sometimes I rather be very sick before using conventional medicine…the advantages about the alternative medicine its that they are natural and this is a more healthy way to take care of yor body. The disadvantages are that they don’t more as quickly as conventional medicine.

Well...I consider I live a very healthy life because I do a lot of exercise by practicing sports, like athletics.I avoid loosing that costume of mine because even though I eat a lot! sports keep me fit and so I dont have to worry about not eating the things that I really like but that are not precisely healthy.
ResponderEliminarI think that conventional medicine is better, because it´s based on facts and studies; it´s more reliable.An advantage is that everyday there´s a cure for diseases with this type of medicine; A disadvantage is that in some countries being able to afford using conventional medicine is not opcional because it´s very expensive.

Eat vegetables, eat fruit, exercise, drink water, eat protein, and should not be drinking liquor, no smoking, no drugs and not eating carbs. My view is that alternative medicine is best, because it is healthier and has fewer side effects chelates traditional medicine, but the disadvantage is the fact that it is very cheap and sometimes not readily available. Stress is something that affects the body and mind long time can cause irreparable damage, the more we recommended is to take life in a relaxed manner and not worry about the little things that rob people of peace... diseases if they can be relieved by this type of medication so if

opinion to avoid stress as best we can do is relax and
forget why we are so hurt if we do what we like by

To keep a helth life, you need to make physical activity two or three times a week, also is nessesary a good balance with the food for example you need to eat vegetables and fruits, for the health body is very very important drink water per day (the Doctor say you need to drink 8 glases of water for day. You must avoid eat fast food or fatty foods and the good candies, for the other cuestion I prefer the alternative medicine beause is natural and not addictive for the people also this is good medicine for me. About the stress i suggest that people try to live relax because live is too short but you have more stress go to the swimpool or jacussi and relax there not in the streets of Costa Rica o try to sleep more time. }

Well First i try to eat healthy food and try to walk almost all the time, because actually I don’t do a lot of exercise so I have to do something to survive right ? I avoid junk food but I have to admit that I also eat it a lot the time but not ALL THE DAYS.. I prefer the conventional but I have to admit that sometimes I used alternative because my grandmother love one doctor Arias that use Homeopathies and she said that helps a lot, besides that I use conventional.. but I do not like taking pills (: For the stress I love my punching bag because I can scream, kick it and stuff that after that I feel great, also just lie down watching the sky and breathe deeply

Keep a healthy life is not so difficult you just need to have a discipline, you need to eat fiber, fruits, vegetables... but in portions, the water is like one of the most important suplements to be healthy. People should avoid sugary food, is so unhealthy that you can get diabetes. I'm my opinion alternative medicine is better because you don´t need any drug to feel good, just natural things. And about the stress, I thing is something normal in our society but to calm it down people should try things like yoga to stabilize their souls :) and maybe sleep eight hours a day can help :D
ResponderEliminarI maintain a healthy life in the following way: healthy eating taking water going to the gym doing exercises the things which I reject because I think that they are not required to maintain a healthy life are: drinking alcohol, cigars... and other addictive substances that harm our body the vices (of sorts) eat much junk food eating much salt, sugar.I prefer the alternative because there are many treatments and medicines that doctors have not been able to cure for various diseases… I also think that this type of medicine is better because people are better served a normal clinic, pay more expensive, but people are treated and cured in a better way. I also agree with conventional medicine because it is the most recognized medicine and is known more for being the traditional. However, the alternative for me is the best.

My suggestions for avoidance of stress are: -read books. -Watch TV. -Exercise. -Drinking water. -Do massage. -Eating healthy. -Be in other environments is not stressful. -Walk and be with other people. -Go travel.
To stay healthy, what I do is play sports whenever possible, in fact, do not follow a diet to maintain a good weight, I eat what I want and in large amounts, but avoid drugs if possible.
